Very good performance hall but the chairs are lousy! the backrests were too soft, we had the backs of the people in front of us on our legs, despite a discussion with them not possible it created a bad atmosphere that's a shame I almost left with the end of the show I'm not sure I want to come back

A performance hall that deserves to be improved in terms of seat comfort. Sitting for three hours on a simple narrow plastic chair when you have a disability is not very pleasant.

Uh… how to put it! The context: IAM concert, full house… a star because you can’t take it away; at least for this evening. 1. We arrive by bike (and yes, the brand new track passes in front), no bike park or even a place to hang the bikes! No problem, it's only 2024 after all; 2. No lockers or changing rooms, no problem, we’ll keep our backpacks… 3. Only 2 beer taps and 4 people serving who it seems both that it is the first day that they do this and at the same time that it is truly a chore for them. We can only understand them if we impose these working conditions on them. About 45 minutes of waiting to be served a drink! No problem, once we got the cup, we were going to fill it with water in the toilet…luckily it’s not like in gas stations, the water is cold, Phew! 4-Ah and yes, ecocups without instructions??? We don’t really understand the principle but maybe they don’t either… No big deal? Is it too much to ask for a large concert hall worthy of the name, with the minimum service we have the right to expect? We pass by the sandwiches and cheese cones placed in the open air on the counters above which people chat, spill their beer, pay for their drinks; we also pass over the questionable state of cleanliness of the popcorn machine, we also pass over the floor so covered with beers (from pouring the cups full of foam due to lack of practice) that the people serving are skating to serve people… What are you waiting for: -Either train staff and in sufficient numbers so that it is not a nightmare either for them or for the customers? -Or call on local breweries and food trucks whose job is this?
