Excellent, a complete day around with the family just 40 min from Lyon Perrache by public transport and 30 min for car drive. BBQ, swimming, day out, leisure, whatever, enjoy the day with nature and lake for free.. hoghly recommended....

Never thought I could visit a lake and have a chance to swim with ducks and swans. The park is very big and you will have to do some walking to get around, but it was very serene and beautiful. It was a great place to watch the sunset, too.

Heaven on earth ❗ Just surf the images/pictures, you'll get the ambiance. Grill in open air with a view 👍 Take your byke or take / rent a paddled Boat.. Camera... etc 30 minutes drive (or less) from Lyon 🤩 say no more ❗

Large park that is suitable for biking and hiking. But be careful that many tracks were blocked by the water.

Lovely wide open spaces and plenty of areas to sit and sunbathe. Plenty of places to eat and man-made beaches to swim in lake from. Good for families.
