City Church of St. Nicholas Concerts 2024

A great place with excelent accoustics for concerts. New gothic style architecture and nice mural paintings as well as bronze sculptures. Free entrance.

It is an ecumenical church located in the center where it is often possible to listen to music as well as participate in religious functions; the sculpture found outside near the Regenschirmdamen (lady with an umbrella) is interesting, while inside, despite being quite bare, there are some very interesting elements such as the Pulpit, a couple of side altars, a couple of sculptural groups between among which the one depicting the Deposition of Christ stands out, very beautiful wooden confessionals with beautiful, very large drawings above them; Despite these positive things I struggled to give such a high rating, perhaps I would have liked to give, if it were possible, half a point less.
