I'm not much of a churchgoer, but since the child wanted to see our Church of Our Lady, we did that. Very impressive and a visit is recommended.

The Liebfrauenkirche, one of the landmarks and most famous sights in Arnstadt. There is a lot to see here and especially the little details that you don't see. We recently took a guided tour. There is also a lot of interesting information about the history of the Liebfrauenkirche that you should read about. Definitely worth a visit.

The Liebfrauenkirche remains closed in winter. The Arnstadt Evangelical Parish is always looking for helpers to supervise its three churches in order to keep them open to visitors.
