Very bad customer service! Today I went to the savings bank to withdraw cash. I had selected extra small notes at the machine, but a €200 note still came out. The machine was then “out of service”. Since hardly any shop accepts a €200 note, I spoke to an employee: "Unfortunately I can't help you with that."

I can highly recommend the Taunus Sparkasse on Louisenstrasse, especially the customer advisors Ms. Souheila Chikar and Ms. Drita Rullani. I had a very complex issue and the two ladies were able to help me with the issue very quickly. Thank you again

Wanted to open a checking account for my wife. Monday October 2nd at 10:20 in the morning. First you stand in a long queue only to be asked if you have an appointment. We answered no and were told that we would have to make an appointment first. Next available date 10.10. understood. We then left. They opened an account for us straight away at Commerzbank, with a total waiting time of 15 minutes.
