Altenstein Palace Concerts

Beautiful building. Curious to the inside. But still closed for renovation

I have no idea who is in charge of appointing/controlling work of crafts people, but I know one thing: they should change their profession. The works are still ongoing and windows and doors already need repair! And some of the stonemasonry ...well... It is a gorgeous building though, set in a gorgeous park. One needs to be able to deal with ups and down on the way as it is quite hilly considering it's a park. Future use of castle will decide whether it will be self sustainable. Time will tell...

Very beautiful for a nice walk

In spring and sommer really nice, a lot colorfull flowers. Later a little bit gloomy. Castle still close to look inside.

Such a beautiful hidden castle. In the wintertime there is literally no one there.
