Really nice hotel in superb location overlooking the lake. Pool was very nice with more amazing lake views, although saunas are out of service for renovation. Room was large and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we have had. Staff were excellent too. We were very pleased we booked into this hotel

Great place. Nice and kind people. They speak English here. Beautiful natur. This place has water activity during the summer. The city is very small but the lake is very huge. Great indoor spa facilities and wellness services. Manicure, pedicure and massage. The massage was great too. Profesional staff. We got a sea view. Not sure if we ordered it, but it made a good impression. Nice neighborhood and nature in the woods. Highly recommended to take a hike in the woods. Keep close to the edge of the water and go around the lake counter clockwise.

Good hotel, good location and lovely view over the lake. Friendly staff and a great restaurant. The food is above expectations and in particular a good breakfast. The rooms are good and spacious.

Beautiful hotel situated in Bad Segeberg - one hour car ride from Hamburg Airport. Overlooking a large lake, overall very scenic n popular for events meeting n conferences. Serves a good German like barbeque b'fast
