I paid for Stardew Valley ticket 75 €, what I got: tiny plastic seat and must pay for my female small backpack 🎒 4 € (!!!) it’s look like an illegal mobster guy in a cringe tent next to the Hall robs 200-300 persons of 4 € in cash (without a receipt)— I am writing a legal claim against that concert hall ✍️ I am disappointed: so good concert and the worst “service” ever. I am sure that’s illegal and also don’t correspond fire safety 😈👿 I don’t recommend that space 0/10

Cute place, not a huge seating area like big arenas but substantial for an audience of a certain size. Had good audio and sufficient lighting. The effects weren’t there for the sound or the music but I Believe it’s good for moderately sized events.

Good Hall and concert, but we had to leave our backpacks outside the venue and now have to stand in a 300 meter long line. There is ONE single person giving out the bags. So I'm looking forward to standing in line for 2 hours. Just ridiculous. Unacceptable.

We liked the venue, but scored it lower than it should have been due to how long it took to get our coats from the cloakroom. The band's crew had completely stripped down the stage by the time we entered the corridor for the cloakroom. My advice would be to not bother, and keep your jackets with you.

The hall itself is very good - the view from the balcony is very good, you can see the performance without any problems. The bathrooms are ok, I didn't use the bar. However, the organization leaves a lot to be desired - no information, each security or service member said something different. Apparently there was an official queue, but within an hour I heard many versions as to whether these numbers would be respected or not. Ultimately, one of the security guards tried hard to keep order, but unfortunately it didn't work and people without numbers or with +900 numbers entered before people with +300 numbers. The lack of official information is also irritating. A lot of people are complaining about the organization now, I hope that at the next Kpop concerts the staff will be more prepared.
