Mad Monkey Room Concerts 2025

Fun Saturday evening. One great comedian (Kristina Boganski) and three average ones. The host was classic spontaneous and crowd interactive. For the lineup it was maybe a little bit too pricey with 21€. But drinks and snacks were fine. The atmosphere was cool and the crowd was fun.

Still am used to this place being "Toast Hawaii". Stunning what the people from Mad Monkey made out of it. Enjoyable atmosphere, fairly priced drinks with a sufficient choice. Great comedy, we really enjoyed it though it never is certainly for everyone, as nothing is.

The guy at the door was grumpy AF. Berlin Charme I guess. We came during a show, so he sent us out again. Out on the street not the hallway or the bar. We had to leave the Venu and wait in the cold. For 10 minutes. These turned into 40 actually 🥶 The “donation” based show was … not our cup of tea. Sure Humor is subjective. It didnt seem that anybody in the audience had a different opinion though. Donation based means that they expect you to pay 5-10€. The paid (15€) show may be worth a try. While our crowd was pretty silent. You could hear the other one cracking up and applauding every now and then.

Had loads of fun at the Kallefornia comedy show (in german), would definitely recommend it for stand up fans.

Very nice small venue. I really enjoyed the comedy and I would go back any time I go back to Berlin.
