Short-cut access to the facilities we're blocked. We took the longer route. Incredible experience. I was seated on the tribune. The girls seated next to me probably paid the same and couldn't see much due to the positioning of the sound speakers.

Been there a few times. The only problem I've spotted was, when you are sitting at higher levels of sitting areas, you are far away from toilets (downstairs). There is so much space available up there that a bit of it can be turned to toilets!

Great concert hall, came over from UK too see Kiss. Staff were friendly. Wish it was nearer to home.

This business needs to build a parking place for their concerts and guest because they are affecting the whole neighborhood, if you live near by and there's a concert you will never find a parking spot. Cars parking double line, completely block traffic, the neighbors just can't arrive to their homes. In my opinion the burden of a business shouldn't be at the expenses of regular people who lives around many years ago.

Very easy entrance, well organised and punctual. Very simple seating arrangement so easy to find your seat. Plenty of refreshment booths with alcohol free options, the food on offer was more varied than many other venues I've visited and even had a vegan option, not too expensive either, and payable with contactless which made everything very fast and convenient. Toilets were easy to reach from the arena area and well maintained. Plenty of coat check opportunities as well. The arena itself was well organised and felt intimate despite its size. Sound was good. All in all a very good venue.
