Very relaxed place. Perfectly suited for children. It has 30 and 40cm heated water playgrounds. Also, there is an olympic size pool and 135cm for older children as well.

I have to say that I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff, after all Berlin is infamous for its rudeness. However, I had a very pleasant time with my little daughter. All the staff were very attentive and friendly at all times, they even tried to give me some instructions in English which was surprising. The site has a pool for seniors, one for children, another for youth and two Olympic pools. Enough space for everyone.

Nice swimming pool. Unfortunately the locker rooms and the toilets are really dirty. Some cleaning from time to time during the opening hours would be appreciated! Also too much chlorine in the water; perhaps mandatory showering and swim trunks only policy should be considered!

One catch: if you depend on your glasses for reading don't put them in the locker unless you have committed its number/location safely to your memory. I was*that* close to asking strangers for help to read my keys' labels (there are actually dedicated small racks in the hall). One more thing, you can take a medium walk and enjoy the unobstructed local panoramic view or take the proper S Bahn exit and just face the venue.

The swimming pool itself is quite clean and have 50m lanes. However, you need 2 euro coins to be able to close the lockers and the most ridiculous thing is that they don’t have electric pop sockets for hair dryer. You pay 5 cents to use the bad-quality, outdated hair dryer that barely has any air flow. How difficult is it to install pop sockets and let people not leave with wet hair when it’s +5 degrees outside? If you making people pay for something, at least make it work!
