I would like to express my disappointment and frustration about my experiences with the Brühl registry office. Unfortunately I have to say that I cannot recommend it because my calls are never answered and when they are, they couldn't help me. Despite multiple attempts, I remained without help and support. It is unfortunate that I had to have this experience and I hope that improvements will be made in the future to optimize customer service.

We got married last year in a civil ceremony at the Kaiserbahnhof and were married there by Ms. Wittling. She put an incredible amount of passion into her speech, so that all the guests and we as the bride and groom had to shed a few tears. She made our day perfect and we always remember her words fondly. Thank you again ❤️

Many thanks to the registry office of the city of Brühl for the unconventional help. Without this, I would probably have looked very old by now. The registry office, here in the person of Ms. Wittling, reacted brilliantly. It's a good experience to see that people also work in the offices 👍. If I were to get married a second time in my life, Brühl would be a top address! Best regards!
