Nice historical place

An unsatisfactory facility. You don't feel understood as a citizen. Insufficient information. Staff often irritable.

It used to be a beautiful piece of history for the city of Brühl. Now it's gone. The old building from the 1960s was certainly no longer up to date. I hope the new building will be a success and will beautify and improve the area. I'm looking forward to further developments.

The competence of some administrative employees leaves a lot to be desired. The primary schools are in a miserable condition, which I cannot understand for the life of me when people always talk about the fact that children are our future and that their education is so important. Well, here in Brühl the reality is unfortunately different.

The “old” town hall was first mentioned in 1546 as a “burgerhuis” made of clay framework. In the past, the historic building had many uses for the citizens of Brühl, including serving as a barracks or a residential building.
