Amazing venue with amazing musicians. Highly recommended!

Saw Chilly Gonzales here, amazing show. But we didn't know until just before the show that coats were not allowed inside, and the coat check was still very crowded. Luckily, the show started a few minutes late. The air inside was very warm and stuffy, and the sound of the concert was twice disturbed by loud feedback. I won't rush to go back to the venue.

I have been coming here really often and almost all the concerts I have been to were with 30-40% capacity full. With this number of guests Glocke is working perfectly. But last night there was a big thing going on and it was full house. THEY COULDNT HANDLE IT, we were waiting in lines to leave our jackets over 40 min. The concert has already started and we were still in the lines - because they want to get these 2€ for the jackets at all cost! Only 3 people were working at the counters and as we finally made it to the counter the girl said here is closed you need to wait in another line ?!?! Guests were like animals, cutting lines, being nervous, aggressive. No one wanted to stay in the stupid line for tge wardrobe for over 30 min. This will be the last time I have visited this concert hall. They really need to start working better and start working more. But it is ashame to miss the starr of the concert, just because they want 2 € for a jacket.

I wish the chairs were more comfortable and the position of the piano player in better place us in the right side can’t see any thing.

Without a doubt one of the best concert halls. Had - once more - a beautiful evening!
