Lovely experience at the factory. The tour was amazing and a lot of new information to know. The staff was friendly from the mom you enter on the reception to the moment you end the tour and have snakes in the customer center. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of technical, and historical details about Mercedes-Benz and the production line. So impressed and highly recommend if you are visiting Bremen

Wow! Finally, my dream comes. I visited Mercedes Benz in Bremen. Big and interesting place indeed. I lived everything here. From reception to the production units. Automation of the process is just amazing. I have to by myself one Mercedes Benz.

We had booked an English tour of the Mercedes-Benz production facilities in Bremen which is free (unlike VW in Wolfsburg for example). Joining instructions were emailed and turned out to be straightforward and detailed at the same time. I was wondering why they mentioned that you just not take any parts during the tour, but you are actually walking past working machinery and *could* reach for stuff. This is unusual compared (again) to VW where you are being chauffeured in a custom visitor vehicle which you must not leave. Here you can wonder around, take a perspective you are interested in (no photos!) and (if you wanted to) even speak to employees. The atmosphere is very friendly. Certainly, the tour guide gives you an opportunity to ask questions and everybody can hear him answering through the audio system you are being given. The pace was very comfortable (but it does include some staircases). Between buildings you are being driven in a MB bus. A great visit for all ages.

Our family enjoyed the tour. An executive was our guide (it was a last minute change). He was very friendly, funny, spoke good English and answered everybody’s questions. I wasn’t prepared for how hot the tour would be - I think we were all sweating! One suggestion is keeping the shop open until the tours are complete OR posting a sign with the shop hours. Our tour was 2:30 - 4:30, we were disappointed that we couldn’t buy any merch because it was closed after our tour. We would’ve bought merch before the tour if we had known it would be closed.
