This place made German bureaucracy a good experience. I am in the process of moving here from America, and both of the women I worked with were incredibly friendly and well informed. Ivana Sluganovic was nice enough to speak in English with me because my german is so awful. And Silke Schneider made everything understandable for me in German which is no easy task. I expected this process to be stressful, but the people here have made it so simple.

Unfortunately, since we haven't gotten any help for months, we're trying here now. Briefly about us, we are a family of three, my partner, our one-year-old son and I. We have actually been happy living in Bruchköbel for about 1.5 years and never without any problems. But for a few months we have had new neighbors in the apartment above us and since then we have hardly been able to sleep a night At night they fight in front of our apartment door so loudly that my son wakes up in fear. The next morning the whole stairwell was full of blood and our apartment door was full of blood and since it wasn't cleaned up we turned to the responsible Ukraine consultant and weeks later it was then finally removed but only after we complained 100 times. Every night you only hear banging doors being slammed and drunk people screaming. We ring the bell at any time of the day (usually even 100 times in a row) and call to our windows "Open the door" (apparently not everyone has a key, there are about 15 people) We've contacted the person in charge so many times and nothing is done. We're just told that if it gets too loud at night we should call the police. We've done it a few times, but the police aren't responsible; they have more important things to do I hope that the people responsible for this read this and finally help us!

I recently moved to Bruchköbel and, as usual after moving, a visit to the citizens' office was of course on the to-do list. Of course I wanted to make an appointment on the website, which was completely forgotten due to all the hassle of moving. So I went there on the day I thought I had made an appointment. The lady at the counter was very friendly when she told me that I didn't have an appointment. Oh, I remembered it again. Completely confused, I apologized and asked if I could make an appointment on site. The lady said she would see what she could do, disappeared and came back shortly afterwards and said that her colleague still had time until the next appointment and could grab me in between. Wow, very high level of flexibility. I gratefully accepted their offer and dachshunded back to two women who took notice of my move. Uncomplicated and fast. I was very pleasantly surprised. The two ladies from the office, one of whom was probably just being trained, were very polite and courteous. In no time at all, my BPA was given the new address, stamped and sealed. And, what I really liked, I could pay by card. Long words short, I was at the citizens' office for less than 10 minutes. It made sense that I didn't have my RP with me, so I had to come back. Here too I was helped very quickly and easily by another very friendly and courteous lady. The address change on the BPA usually only takes place with an appointment, the RP address can be changed quickly, which I think is pretty good. All in all, my experience at the Citizens' Office was very positive. The employees: inside are specialists and knowledgeable, well trained in dealing with people, but also very friendly and service-oriented. The building is new and fascinatingly well thought out and structured, so that even as a stranger you can quickly find your way around. And to top it all off, there is even a coffee and water bar for the citizens. Great. You are on a really good path. Please keep it up, Citizens' Office team.

Modern building and a good reception that is friendly and helpful

Very nice new building and friendly staff, except for a younger blonde lady (probably fresh out of an apprenticeship) who already seemed very unfriendly and incompetent to my husband and other acquaintances. It's a shame about the feel-good factor. K
