Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln Concerts 2025

I went here a few years ago to get information. Although it was my first time, all the staff were very friendly and guided me in the best possible way. I really fell in love with them.

I go there for student concerts. They are usually very affordable. The quality of these concerts are quite ok, considering the students are generally inexperienced. The ambience could be better but its a school afterall. Seats are bare and cosy. Would recommend for a casual concert night.

The University of Music and Dance Cologne is one of the largest music academies in Europe and is located in Cologne's Altstadt-Nord. It is also known under the name University of Music Cologne (until 2009). Colloquially, the name Musikhochschule Köln is still commonly used. The Musikhochschule Köln is Germany's second oldest conservatory and began in 1845 as "Rheinische Musikschule".
