YUCA Concerts 2024-2025

I posted this last November. It got blocked from people seeing because it was apparently rude how i share this review. Which shows how unprofessional these people are. So here's my story from last time. This place is not wheelchair accessible. They replied to an email regarding these issues a day before a concert (even when asking for it). The people who worked that day didn't know anything about it. They kinda acted like me, and my partner didn't exist. We were placed in the concert hall with nothing. We had to ask the staff at the bar for what I'm supposed to do and where I can go. The security guy came back and led us to the front right side of the hall. People were obviously standing in front of me and I couldn't see anything, they were uncomfortable I was uncomfortable which made it a shit experience, luckily some people were nice enough to give me a better view but they shouldn't have to do that. No, yuca promised me and my partner for and I quote "seats near the stage and bathroom" but there were no seats and most certainly no wheelchair assistance or toilets for me. I'm privileged that I can walk otherwise I'd have no choice but to leave. They don't help you only uncomfortably bring you to the front of the stage (kind of) and don't communicate. So if you're disabled with no way of getting out of a wheelchair don't go here.

Not wheelchair friendly. Venue doesn’t reply to emails for weeks regarding this, even though the website says to email them. No wheelchair accessible toilets. Staff not helpful when arriving, and our issues not taken serious. Pointed to a spot, but people were already standing in front, so barely able to see anything. Shame on you.

Great show, food and drinks were a little slow but had an acceptable price. Ambience was great and security was very nice. Would go there again

Unfriendly and they make you wait for ever to enter even before the club is full.
