Volkshaus Döbeln Concerts 2025

We went bowling here. Nice and friendly service. The food ordered afterwards was brought via a delivery service. As a result, the food was no longer quite hot. But that shouldn't be a point of criticism. We enjoyed it very much. The pricing is very good. A train costs 34 euros for 2 hours plus a rental fee for shoes (1.50 euros/person). Food from 12 euros and a beer around 4.2 for 0.5 l. Everything was very well maintained, we would love to come back.

We went bowling for two hours yesterday and had a lovely afternoon. The prices for the drinks are more than reasonable, especially compared to other trains. There was also something to nibble on. The ambience is nice. It's definitely worth taking a look.

The bowling alley in the Volkhaus is very nice and cozy. The interior is state of the art. Delicious cocktails and delicious Greek food. We like to go there.

The good old Volkshaus, where we used to go to the disco every weekend, still offers events that you can attend from time to time - like Markus Maria Profitlich recently. The hall and stage have not changed much. The toilets are clearly better than they were back then ;-) The entrance to the events is now at the back (opposite the cinema), from where you can access the hall via the foyer. From the foyer you first have to take a staircase down to the basement to the cloakroom, which is difficult and hardly acceptable for older or physically challenged audiences. The operator (the city of Döbeln) should urgently come up with something better!
