Philippe Jaroussky's concert at the Dortmund Concert Hall was truly a night to remember. The atmosphere was incredibly intimate, with the musicians forming a band that exuded a casual vibe rather than a formal orchestra. When Philippe Jaroussky took the stage, he appeared so approachable and down-to-earth. Yet, the impact of his voice was nothing short of extraordinary and left a lasting impression on us (my wife is a big fan). His performance was a beautiful blend of talent and humility. What made the evening even more special was when he came to the lobby after the concert, taking selfies with fans and signing autographs. It's not every day that you get to interact with such a gifted artist in such a personal way. If you have the opportunity to see Philippe Jaroussky perform live, don't miss it. It's an experience that will stay with you for a long time.

Did you know that the Concert Hall Dortmund belongs to the high league in Germany and is one in only 4 halls with the ECHO category? Artists of the calibre of the violinist Hillary Hahn and Joshua Bell, the cellists Sol Gabeta and Gautier Capuçon bring in éxtasis the Ruhr classic lovers and aficionados. The intendant Dr Raphael von Hoensbroech does a great job in making classic music available to all types of public and he is present and approachable as the host he has to be.
