Szene 10 - Bühne im Girardet Concerts

A great revitalization of this location with the "Scene 10"! A great program with concerts, guest performances and worthwhile own productions in which the creators and the ensemble prove what they can do! Can a classic like “The Physicists” be entertaining? You get the answer in scene 10 and it is “yes”! A real highlight is "Pulp Fiction" in cooperation with the Theater Essen-Süd - simply worth seeing and it guarantees a great evening in the theater! The location itself has a cozy atmosphere and a great ambience, the ensemble and the team at the checkout in the foyer are very friendly and personable, you just feel very comfortable here!

Great performance of "The Physicists" - the minimalism of the setting has a wonderful impact on the reception of the piece. The entire theater concept creates a very family atmosphere. Will definitely not just stay on this visit.

We watched "The Physicists" today and it was really played with a lot of love and was very cheerful but also melancholic, exactly how the piece should be. The justified long standing novation took the actors by surprise, which in turn gave way to heartfelt joy, very nice to see.

A real enrichment for the Essen cultural landscape! A very nice, small independent stage that is played by an incredibly talented ensemble. A few days ago I saw “Pulp Fiction” as a play with friends here in a collaboration between Scene10 and the Theater Essen Süd. Thanks to their creativity and great acting, the ensemble members manage to deliver a great performance that does justice to the original, despite the minimalist stage design. I will gladly come again.
