Living Hotel Frankfurt Concerts 2024

This is the perfect place to stay... especially if you don't really want to pay for breakfasts. Adjoining the hotel is an awesome supermarket and the apartment has a very functional kitchenette. The rooms are fantastic with clean furnishings and great bathroom. Just 3 minute walk to the bus stop gets you everywhere you need to go in a good time.

Single bedroom clean and quite comfortable, apart from a noisy fan that stays on all day. even with AC off and lights off. Breakfast is quite good, not so wide as standard continental one, but nothing to complain with. Strange check-in and check out.. first can be autonomous but is not, second one is totally autonomous... Maybe they are ready to do another level.. Maybe we'll be back again.

Nice enough rooms, but I have never, ever, ever experienced such rude and unprofessional staff anywhere in my life. Check-in is beyond painful: they basically demand that you do their job, and sit you down at a computer to type in everything that a receptionist would normally do for you. It was chaos - all 6 people in my group were complaining about it, as were several other guests. The whole process takes an eternity. Ironic, as the staff say it is a "concept" hotel designed to make it quicker. Well, it doesn't. And it never will. It is the worst idea ever...but they don't want to hear it. After 20 minutes of waiting my turn, and then struggling through the process, I complained to the staff member that this is a terrible process. I asked if the hotel is interested in feedback, but she said nothing. I finally got to a screen with 3 room numbers on it, and she asked me which one I wanted. How do I know? Is room 227 better than room 212? I told her all I wanted was for her to do her job and let me be the guest, not the receptionist. She then told me "I don't like the way you're speaking to me. You should show me more respect or we're going to have a problem here." Wow! Hundreds of nights in hotels where I thought I'd experienced the worst type of customer service ever, and yet she came up with THIS! I told her my problem was not with her, but the process, but by this point she was clearly too "offended" to even attempt to be polite. When she finally gave me my room key, she just said "there's your key". That was it. No apologies for the appalling check-in experience, no "welcome to the hotel; I hope your experience improves", no "I understand your frustration and will pass on your feedback to management". Just "there's your key". The only redeeming factor is that the next day I spoke to another staff member (Nicky) who was truly lovely, and clearly took my complaint seriously. Nicky's approach was much appreciated, but unfortunately it's hard to erase the memory of such unbelievable rudeness from her colleague - and the comments from my 5 colleagues, all of whom made it clear that the next time we are in Frankfurt they will not be staying in this hotel.

This place is just what you need in a Frankfurt hotel. Although I only stayed one night, I would definitely do so again! They provide you with a nice and clean room, along with cute little amenities like a relaxed common space, refillable purified water 24/7, and even a complimentary beer! The location is very safe, but also close enough that you can take public transportation to the main downtown areas in only ~20 minutes. Thank you!

This hotels staff are superb and make you feel at home. The entire hotel is so clean and the rooms are so comfortable and clean. Location is great for sightseeing or just taking an afternoon walk. The grocery store is down stairs and even has a bakery. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, I believe you will be delighted.
