Mensa Rempartstraße Concerts

The quality is impeccable and really justifies the price. Although, the portion sizes you are served have dropped a bit recently. You'll not find better food for less than 4€ for students anywhere else in Freiburg.

I honestly love it. Very crowded, but 99% clean, cheap and the serving is very fast.

Superb food ...Amazing prices if you are a student.. Especially if you are looking for vegetarian food..Look nowhere else... Tuesday and Thursday best for vegetarian options... just beware of long queues during peak hours..

This Mensa seems to have a larger seating, particularly in the summers where one can sit on the outdoor grounds to enjoy the meal. The portions sizes are usually decent and the menu is up on the website. Some of the desserts are great. Like with any Mensa, can sometimes have long queues depending on the menu.

If you are a student there is little reason to go elsewhere for lunch mon-sat. Portions are large, filling, and quality for the very low price charged. The main plate is €3.35 (comes with side salad or apple) and drinks or dessert are available at extra charge.
