Schwarzwaldhotel Gengenbach Concerts 2024

I work for travel from the USA and stay at this hotel for 3 to 5 weeks at a time. I find the hotel rooms to be best in the region. The entire staff is the Best for everything, most accommodative for all requests. They even accommodate me for my special dietary requests. This region hotels typically don't have laundry services but it is available in this hotel. The new director Mr. Michael Sandhass has done great improvements in rooms, dining rooms, breakfast, professional people. I feel that I have a German family here in Gengenbach when I travel to Germany for work.

Rooms are large and clean. Easy to drive to and large free car park with chargers. There is a small indoor swimming pool. The staff were very helpful. Restaurant was nice: we had dinner on arrival and (inclusive) breakfast. There was a reasonable selection of family friendly options for dinner and a basic but nice breakfast. In summer dining is outside on the pathway to entrance which was lovely but arriving guests had to walk the gauntlet of dinners! Hotel is on outskirts of town and not particularly picturesque. But the town centre is only a short walk and lovely with some nice eating options.

A gem of a hotel Good rooms 10 min walk from town centre The restaurant was fantastic only here for 2 nights and and ate here twice it was that good. Breakfast was outstanding and had everything you could ask for Micheal in particular was superb at his job . 👏 Nothing was too much trouble. If your in this area this is a must stay hotel Thanks so much from Matt & Sue a truly wonderfull experience.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Room is big and clean. With assessable balcony. Does NOT have slippers, tooth brush, kettle etc. but they do provide towels, heater in toilet, all in 1 body wash/shampoo, and wifi. Parking is also free, with a lot of slots. ~10mins walking distance to the train station. ~7mins to the town. Their breakfast was better than holidayinn at Frankfurt to be honest. Atleast this hotel has seafood and cheese section.

Nice hotel, very well located. Clean and well preserved installations. Good swimming pool. Very good breakfast buffet, with gluten free options and excellent service.
