Sylvestergsla on the ship was great, Alex sang live, the buffet food was of good quality, only the roast beef was no longer hot. Music program very Disco Fox-heavy but atmospheric with individual wishes taken into account. All in all, a great atmosphere and a great New Year's Eve celebration in the middle of the harbor with a view of the New Year's Eve fireworks in Hamburg.

If you do go for a cruise, take the Louisiana star. The boat 🚢 in itself is already an experience🤩 And then they also serve a tasty snack. We went for 1 hour, we sat together and enjoyed everything we saw. We were amazed😲 at how big those container aldermen are up close. And that was just one point of the journey😁👍🏻 But the guide is German and you can listen to the English-language guide via an app. You can find it on Google Play. It's definitely worth doing.

We had a perfect New Year's Eve aboard the Louisiana Star. Great atmosphere, nice mixed crowd, good buffet, good music. 90% Discofox plus some rumba/cha cha cha and waltz. Perfect location to experience the fireworks at the Landungsbrücken.

A nice tour to the fireworks... unfortunately the jokes come across as learned and are sometimes predictable. Music was playing even though two other sources were already active... a cacophony of sounds. Otherwise all the employees were very nice and helpful.
