In fact, I was there invited to attend a private party, but I was positively surprised The hotel has a wonderful location within a forest of green trees and a stunning view, especially at sunset. The hotel offers a good level of food dishes and the service was not bad in addition to the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. I recommend visiting the hotel

The location is very nice, the staff friendly and attentive. And the view is gorgeous. Dated facilities, mediocre food and a network infrastructure inappropriate for a location that wants to qualify as conference hotel in modern today, left a lot to be desired though.

Old hotel close to the Schloss. We were there between the holidays... maybe that is Lasky the reason, but... The good: good location, friendly staff, pork lion was decent The bad: room much too small, grandma smell, shower leaked a lot, draining insufficient, wifi partly not accessible, radio station in the restaurant was Techno and could not be changed, dishwasher in the bar loud as hell, food was ok but no love in the presentation, no elevator, drinks expensive, no spa, men's toilette door directly in the restaurant and a commercial metal door. So, for a 4-star hotel, this is not the standard we expected. Maybe 3 but never 4 stars. As I mentioned: between the holidays... so at other times in the year a better experience.

I was at a wedding on the weekend. The hotel is actually really nice. The personal is really friendly. But as they advertise they are a 4 stars hotel, they should take care of some small things. As I also come from the hotel branch I noticed that the waiters didn't really care about the glass they used to serve wine. White wine was served on red wine glasses and the other way around too. There are some things that should be considered when in a 4 stars hotel, and many were not really followed. Besides that, the decoration was really nice, and the table was well set up.

Special hotel on top of the hill where the castle is. Free parking. The staff is nice and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and have everything one needs. Had a room with a view over Heidelberg which was nice. The restaurant is also nice, food is lovely with a good wine selection(could be better though) On foot it takes 20-25 minutes to the old town, although there is a funicular or bus that go directly up and down up to 5 p.m. Taxi is 10EUR.
