Beautiful building and very nicely laid out all around.

I have always received an appointment promptly and have always received friendly service. I have had very good experiences with the Hemsbach city administration, or more precisely, with the citizens' office. Friendly service, helpful and quick. I can't complain, I'm very satisfied. Always my pleasure.

Very nice building, looks very Italian, definitely an eye-catcher! Staff sometimes annoyed on the phone or even rude, have been there 5 times so far and each time I had the feeling of not being wanted… a shame

So I've always been happy so far. The staff is very friendly and someone always answers the phone during opening hours and can help you.

I wonder how it is possible that the town hall is NOT open in the afternoon on ANY SINGLE day!! Working people have to take vacation for an appointment, but one Ms. Adler lets her ''protégés'' go to the town hall all day long! Where is the fairness in that? **Thanks for the reply to the review but after more than a year you can save yourself that. Doesn't bring me back my wasted vacation day. At least you have adjusted the opening times now.
