I have only used their ticket selling service where one usually could still get tickets when they are sold out everywhere else. Staff is very friendly.

Very nice jazz music and cold drinks. The selection of food/snacks is very poor though

Hands-down the best shows in the area, way better than Stuttgart, Mannheim, etc.
