Today I went to this salon and did the highlights. The COLOR turned out great. The hairdresser Narouz was really great. Can only recommend 😘🥰 photos Before and after))

The friendliness isn't the problem in itself, I just have some doubts about the competence. The employees don't seem to be familiar with their booking system (cancellations only if personal data is provided), let alone ensure that new customers are guaranteed a personal appointment that is canceled or replaced in the event of illness. The bottom line was that we finally made 3 appointments and only one resulted in a haircut...

I was with Ms. Nirouz S. today and am completely satisfied. I received good advice and am very happy with the haircut. See you next time in 4-6 weeks
