This city cathedral has a long history and is very beautiful from inside. Architecturally, it’s a Time Machine. There are burials of prominent priests in the same cathedral which dates back to 11th century.

Modest well-kept church. I would recommend the climb up the tower (~195 steps, not too much). The tower entry is €4 per person (cash only), a very reasonable price for the views over the city.

It is one of the largest Romanesque churches in southwest Germany. This basilica, built on a Latin cross-shaped plan (consisting of a nine-bay nave flanked by side aisles, projecting chevet and square apse), was consecrated in 1089. Romanesque construction evolved into Gothic style with large west tower block, including the western portal.

Very awesome from both outside and inside!! Even when pesronally I do not consider myself a church type person, I really enjoyed the inside atmosphere and the whole architectonic details. Is a place you should not skip it if you are visisiting Konstanz.

Very nice and Big kathedral, with a lot of pretty Stained glass windows. Kind lady in souvenir shop. Great view from a tower to city and lake Bodensee. I like it!
