Kranichfeld has an upper castle and a lower castle to offer for viewing. The open-air stage is located at the lower castle and is used by a falconry with demonstrations. Well-preserved half-timbered houses can be seen in the town. The falconry should definitely be visited.

The knight's spectacle at Kranichfeld Castle is always an experience for young and old 😊 plenty of food and drinks are offered, as well as all clothing, toys, jewelry and hand tools. The children can get involved in bow building, stone chiseling and much more. There was even a medieval carousel this year. There are plays performed, knight tournaments with jousting and there are musical highlights in the evenings. If you appear in medieval clothing, you save a little on the entrance fee. In wet weather you should make sure you have suitable footwear. Highly recommended all around 👍🏻
