Lenzkirch is a small town with a special harmony of its residents. Because the special locations are easy to find and can be enjoyed without stress. The public spa house is equipped with good staff and helps with almost all matters. Thumbs up.

The toilets in the basement are dilapidated and in poor condition. The sports room in the lower area is also in need of renovation. E.g. sound insulation. This makes it quite loud, which is annoying. Overall, the Kurhaus could be a little more inviting. A restaurant would be an upgrade.

The Kurhaus offers many options such as a playroom for children, a local museum, a toilet facility and a disabled toilet, a café and rooms can be rented for events. A large water wheel in the spa gardens of Lenzkirch, which is powered by the water of the Urseebach, is reminiscent of the approximately 400-year-old Schleifenmühle. The Schleifenmühle had to be demolished in 1965 because of its dilapidation. However, the water wheel had to be replaced by a replica after a flood in 1983.

Located directly at the spa gardens is the spa house of the same name in Lenzkirch, which serves several functions: - Tourist information from the HTG (Hochschwarzwald Tourist Society) with advice, flyers about excursion sites and events, as well as a small selection of souvenirs that can be purchased. - Playroom for smaller children (currently closed due to Corona) - Public toilets - A small event hall with a small stage. Not only do community events take place here, but it can also be rented by private individuals. - The Heimatstube, which is a small museum with exhibits on Lenzkirchen's history. Admission is free, but the Heimatstube is only accessible at certain times and during guided tours. - The permanent antique clock exhibition, which was made available by the Lenzkircher Clock Friends Association, is always accessible - The library - A model of the former Lenzkirchen train station and the surrounding area - Elevator and disabled-accessible entrances as well as toilets are also available. - There used to be a restaurant or café here, but there hasn't been a tenant here for a few years and it's vacant. The Italian restaurant and the Café Wiest, which are within walking distance, can quickly help. - There has also been a yawning emptiness in the basement for several years. Physiotherapy and physiotherapy were once offered here. There are enough free parking spaces directly at the Kurhaus.

The Kurhaus is a great place to go for tourists or in bad weather. Tourist information, games room, public library, museum, public toilets. I think the offer is really great
