Best Western Concerts

For those of you who are wanting to sleep in separate beds yet in the same room, they do have twin beds put together to make it look like a king bed, but you can pull them apart. It worked out well for my friend and I as we stayed two nights and had no problems.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE DOG!!!! Hands down the WORST experience of my life with a hotel. I have a fully trained and certified service dog and not 1, or 2, but THREE different employees all verbally attacked me and my family about my dog being with me in the pool area (when no one else was around) and in the breakfast area the next morning. None of them would let me explain anything, or even help to educate them in the differences between Service Dogs, Emotional Support Pets, Therapy Dogs, or Pets. During breakfast I had to call the police to have an officer come and deescalate the situation. I was so embarrassed and just plain hurt at what happened. The front desk guy lives there with his family and the kids were running around at night as well. The kitchen lady was so mad the officer told her that I'm allowed to be in the breakfast area, she even closed early just to make it inconvenient for us. To make matters worse, the "manager/owner" of the place called me to sorta apologize but more so to tell me I shouldn't have called the cops or corporate and instead approached the guy yelling at me to ask for a managers card and call him direct instead. He has an Iowa phone number and like the front desk guy is hard to understand, but didnt even want to give us our money back until I told him I would be calling corp again. (even threatening to sue him didnt matter) DO NOT STAY HERE

Worst concierge ever. English? Very difficult for the guy. Parking paid, no parking place available. Instead of secure underground parking, a street parking provided. For 12 €. Booked king or twin business. Got a "room" in the attic, without air conditioning. Light în the room... for bats. Ultrasound abilities needed.

This BW is not global traveler ready. The rooms have zero power outlet options. Not one USB or one razor outlet or one multi port. The room also only had a thick duvet and had no A/C. The night of our stay, there was a rock concert at the hotel until 11:30 PM. This is unacceptable. The staff were pleasant. The room was clean. Loved the town of Wittenberg. Next time I will not be staying at this BW.

Not a great place to stay, not great for any kind of allergies when it comes to food. However the location is perfect
