White Fleet Mülheim (Ruhr shipping) Concerts

I planned to go for a boat tour with my daughter so we took a train from Essen and headed to the boat harbour. I checked on the website the time tables. Website is in German only but I found a departure scheduled at 1pm. When we arrived on the spot a post on the closed door said that all the boat trips were cancelled due to river flood (???... ) I did not notice any flood, we already took boats in Essen and Düsseldorf in the previous days with no problem! What's more this wasn't specified on the website. I tried to call customer service but a recorded voice speaking mysterious message in German language answered. So what can I say? Avoid avoid avoid if you don't wanna find yourself disappointed in a town that is not even that interesting. Nothing to do, nothing to visit here in Mülheim. Don't trust this company, check for boat trips in Köln, Düsseldorf or Essen to be sure that a boat is leaving at the scheduled departed time. Unreliable 😅😁

Nice place, restaurant and coffee place near, the staff of ship from white fleet are helpful, but que to get on board are long and German people do not know how to que before boarding the boat, people need to be more polite....,staff should be more helpful when boarding, to many people been let on board, chaos......

Nice trip to Kettwig. read all the reviews but in essence a nice trip on an old steamer. Not very cheap but OK.
