Absolutely amazing place to see. Well worth 10 euros. Put this place at the top of your list of things to see in Munich. We did a walk through without headphones and it took 1.5 hours for the Residenz only.

One of the greatest palace museums I'd ever seen. There's a lot halls, rooms, thrones and art collections to explore. Even most of them were destroy in WWII, but they're restored to their best. Must visit of Munich & prepare time at least 2-3 hours here.

Beautiful residence and quite big place, easily 2-3 hours spent here. The inside was lavishly decorated. However the ticketing and entry needs improvement, no online purchase available and there is only one door to go in and come out and it causes long queues. Also the museum entrance was hard to find :(

The biggest and the most worthy to visit city Palace in Germany. Plan for at least half a day to visit using audio-guide and enjoy walking at your pace throug more than 100 rooms, full of art and history. You can admire a mixture of styles, from renaissance to baroque and rococo.

A must visit in Munich. There were about 130 rooms to tour through, all of which are filled with opulent furniture and decorations. You can spend 2-3 hours in here and all at the low cost of 10 euros for the entrance fee. We had a blast looking at everything and there was no wait and barely any other visitors inside (off peak season however).
