It’s a nice place to hangout with friends, has a very good Thai restaurant and couple of cool bars, it’s a bit hippie kinda place

Would recommend. Was fun to do the curling 🥌 and there are many food stands surrounding the area.

Werksviertel which means 'factory quarter' is so named because there were production units of knödel here. Located half a kilometre from the Ostbanhof station, it's unique architecture is eye-catching. The entrance has several shipping containers with graffiti and modifications that woo you in. This place utilises the mixed-use concept of work, residence, culture. Buildings are labelled as Werk 1, Werk 2, ... - each distinct in their features. There is a Ferris wheel, there are restaurants, gyms with swimming pool, activity centres, theatre, hotels, and even sheeps on rooftop. It's hard to believe that such a mixtape landscape can be there within a city like Munich. Simply amazing!

You can find good restaurants, hotels and cocktails hier. The place is incredibly clean, but I'd suggest more trash cans around there.
