Ratiopharm Arena Concerts 2024-2025

Beautiful and big arena for concerts, but very expensive drink and food (before buying something, you must load their card with money, then you can buy stuff).

Went to see The Australian Pink Floyd. Was a great gig, really good venue, good sound, good parking. But a poor crowd

the atmosphare inside is great but getting something to eat is a pain. You first have to buy a card and charge the card, but they also take 2€ for the card. So you pay 20€ but you have just 18€ on the card. It was frustrating to get something to eat.

Terrible system to consume food and drinks! Worst ever!!! I lost 23€ by using it. Here is the story: First: You need to either wait to apply for a arena card and charge it with money or download an app and charge money to that virtual account. Second: You need to wait to buy drinks and food Third: You need to wait again to return your arena card. If you chose the app, you need to wait to get your money returned because no electronic cash to return money is possible. You can upload money, but are not able to get it back electronically. If you do not live in Ulm, it is very probable, that you will loose some extra money, because you forget, you think, this is possible electronically, you don't want to wait, ...
