Landesbühne Rheinland-Pfalz gGmbH im Schlosstheater Neuwied Concerts 2024

The piece we went to see "Alle unter einer Tanne" was wonderful, and the bar staff was also super nice and personable. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is that the entire venue is unaccessible for people that have difficulties walking. My mum was unable to join us after a knee injury as there is steps outside leading to the venue and plenty more inside with no elevator present.

Lovely atmosphere

We had a wonderful evening at the theater in Neuwied. The catfight between Hollywood divas Bette Davis and Joan Crawford is beautifully staged with current trash TV icons Anouschka Renzi and Désirée Nick. The two fit their roles really well, with Nick of course standing out like Crawford did.

A very nice little theater with great flair, a nice castle look from the outside. I got to know it back then through the Malente family. I always came away from these performances very amused. The performance “All Under One Tree” from last Friday was also very funny. I particularly liked the actors' joy in playing, not only was it noticeable during the piece, but you could also see the joy of the players especially during the applause at the end. Unfortunately I have to make a slight deduction because of my size, which is particularly noticeable in the distance between my knees and the front seat (I'm 1.82m) and I almost hit the front. The air was also a bit oppressive, which went away again after the break .

Small but nice. Nice selection of pieces, which we watch several times. Prices are ok. Always my pleasure. A bit difficult for people with walking difficulties. The acoustics and visibility are somewhat limited depending on the space. I often find the chatter during the performance, especially from our older fellow citizens, to be an annoyance and disturbing.
