Desi Concerts

One of the cooler places to hang around here. Very reasonable beer prices, nice little location for gigs, super chill beer garden. Nobody bats an eye about a little recreational green use either. Clutch place.

Very nice place in Nuremberg. Also important place in Nuremberg. Come as you are. All people welcome, if you don't bother other people for what they are/do. I would give 5 stars, but that's only gonna happen when the walls to paint are open again. This was open all the time and gave space for people who are not welcome at other places. People need this! Open up the fence and come back to the good side.......

Visit this institution. Renovated morgue hall next to most historical graveyard of Nürnberg.

Using Google as my means of protest while whining about being surveilled - jamming out an aggressive one-liner about social division while hiding behind an alias and making dialogue impossible - speaking about the discrimination I am facing as a middle-aged, well earning white guy - arguing about high prices because the beer is cheaper in the supermarket ... DESI is a place that has to face a lot of strong reactions from people with small horizons. For more than 40 years it stands firm as one of the last places where community-engagement has risen to a public institution with integrity. Not the best place in Nuremberg, just the only one.
