built between 1933 and 1938 with 360m by the Architect Albert Speer. it is a large tribune for rally partis from that era. it was actually consisted of pillars like Athens with symbols but was actually destroyed. the field itself is 12 football stadiums and could hold 200 000 people. impressive building.

It was a surreal experience to stand on the very same podium just like a certain individual. It’s just situated in front of Nuremberg football stadium. On a day like today, where Hamburg won 2-0 against Nuremberg… you might find it difficult to walk around..

So much history in a single place. Standing there, on that balcony, thinking about how was it in the past, has been a moving experience. Do visit this place if you happen to be in Nuremberg. The visit to the place is free and you can easily walk around and on the structures. The area is overall not mantained and there is not much else in the surrounding, besides a nice park

Worth the trek. Depending upon your interest in history this is an extremely thought provoking place. No wonder Nuremberg cannot decide what to do with it. Fences everywhere but apparently plans in place to make it more tourist favourable.
