We were there for the demon dance and it was very cool. It was fun and the atmosphere of the place was also very cool. There were enough parking spaces. The security did a very good job, only the counter staff seemed slightly overwhelmed. There was only one operator at a counter with a very large running surface. This unnecessarily increases stress and can be better controlled.

The bars are catastrophic. We made several attempts that evening. Once something was served that was completely wrong than what was ordered. Then one of us had ice cubes in his wheat. Another person got half and half beer and foam in his 0.4l cup. When asked about this, another sip was poured. As the evening progressed, the waiting times at the bars became longer and longer. Sometimes 35 minutes. And not every bar serves everything. So you actually walk from bar to bar all evening to find out which bar is serving what. If you're unlucky and get the wrong one, the waiting time at this bar was free and you could wait again at the next one. It's a shame actually. I had actually paid to hear the Fäaschtbänkler and not to wait at the bar all evening

It's actually a good place to celebrate but what happened today was actually just sad. One of the staff who was collecting the empty bottles covered me in alcohol and even hit my girlfriend in the eyes with it. There wasn't even an apology after a complaint at the bar. I was just forwarded to security. At least they listened to the problem and hope they can do something about it. I don't think it's a good thing that you have to complain to security if it's the center's staff. The evening was over for us.
