….Windows with noticeable gaps and slight leaks…. A question of quality control? After we had 10 window sashes replaced after complaints (clearly visible waves on the glazing beads), all that was left was our kitchen window (triple glazing and approx. 190cm long) with several serious gaps and inaccurate miter cuts on the window frame (pictures of this in the appendix). The energy consultant also discovered leaks in the kitchen window. The service employees on site suggested to me as a “professional solution” that the plastic strips in question be removed and the profile should be backfilled with white silicone. However, this was rejected by me, well, it's just a new window. Obviously you don't take it too seriously, but you should pay for the window very carefully. To top it all off, I asked the service employee about the missing white plastic covers for the hinges and whether he had any. The answer I received was that there were no such covers at Haidl and that I would have to look elsewhere. Fortunately, I was able to tell the employee that I had already received some of these plastic covers from our construction manager a few weeks earlier, which “coincidentally” came directly from Haidl. After that there was silence in the room. Summary: The windows should not have been installed in the first place after the usual quality control, which was absolutely missing here. Sometimes I wonder what craftsmanship these windows used to put together……. Addendum on July 17, 2023: An apology, which is only given in a review, of course shows the level of a company. I would like to wish all potential buyers of these products “all the best” if they have such defects!

Crooked installation of the handles on the new balcony door. When a complaint was made over the phone, the error was clearly admitted and a correction was promised. On site the employee then said that everything was correct. A repair was not possible because the window frame was drilled. The wing actually needs to be replaced. This is probably too expensive for the Haidl company, which is why they are now denying the error. We can only recommend: Choose another company!!! I think the picture itself speaks for the unprofessional work and the unprofessional way of dealing with mistakes.

We recently received a new front door from the Haidl company. Unloading was a show in itself: tarpaulin to the side > roof put up > unloaded with the crane. (Here you can clearly see how the company relies on modern technology to relieve the physical strain on its employees). The dismantling and disposal of the old front door was also carried out by the Haidl company as well as the small cleaning work. All we had to do afterwards was paint and put the plaster on the new front door. After installation, we received care instructions containing all the important points, such as adjusting the front door. The construction site was left clean. That's exactly how I imagine it (the music of the future is playing here)

Stay away from this amateurish manufacturer! Inadequate sampling by sales, missing parts during assembly and finally the information that we cannot have insect screens retroactively because we should have communicated this in advance. Praise to customer service, who, after repeated requests, finally came and corrected the numerous production defects.
