I would give negative stars if possible. Some city bus drivers are the most inhumane employees ever. The bus is at a red light 3m after the bus stop. Two schoolchildren come and want to go with us. Unfortunately the arrogant bus driver didn't think it was necessary to open it again. How inhumane can you be?

Unfortunately you have to give one star. The employees are rude and take advantage of the municipal utility's monopoly position to demonstrate to customers who has the upper hand. Here specifically the department for house connections in Regensburg and with particular emphasis the one in Schwandorf. In the free market economy, these people would be looking for work. Maybe the right person is reading this and will keep things in order.

You can rename yourself as many times as you like! The chaos remains! Bus from Köwecenter today at 5:17 p.m. just doesn't come! Always nice to raise the prices and lower the service. Bravo! I am in favor of a regulation like the railways. If you miss a connection, you will be responsible for the costs.

I parked in a parking lot at the arena during an international match on May 30, 2019. The ticket machine in my parking space was broken and a huge queue had formed in front of the broken machine. Of course I took a photo of the defective machine. The inscription read: "Out of order. Use the nearest machine." A parking attendant told us that the arena knew about the defective machine and that we didn't have to go to the machine in another parking space - after all, it wasn't for our parking space, but for another one. Back from the game there was a payment request for €25 on the car. I complained and referred to the defective machine, including the employee's information. The information: The machine was intact that day and because of that I had to pay. Then I sent the photo as proof. But now the answer came that it said on the machine that the next machine should be used and that I can't prove on which day the photo was taken nor that it was explicitly about this machine and what else I wouldn't need to refer to an alleged conversation with an employee. An absolute disgrace. To claim that there was no defect, and then to provide proof (I live over 100km away - it's unlikely to have a recording 40 minutes before the start of the game of a defective machine with the inscription Continental Arena if I wasn't in front of it myself would have stood). I'm sure I'm not the only one who complained and the defect was certainly known.

Embarrassing name for the municipal company. And then there's a website that was recently redesigned and isn't even responsive. A lot of things just aren't going well in this city. Yesterday one of those great emil buses broke down on Maximilianstr. and today exactly the same problem again in the same place. Unreliability seems to be very important here. Now cars are unnecessarily clogging up the road because this company, which apparently puts more money into advertising and image than into the actual products, doesn't have the technology under control. This company does great advertising for products whose technology they don't seem to have a handle on. Nobody can tell how many times the electric buses have broken down here. My statements can be verified - if something is in doubt. Both mechanics couldn't get the matter under control yesterday when the vehicle finally had to be towed away. So embarrassing for this company that is concerned with a perfect external appearance. Max Street was blocked for 3 hours yesterday alone because of an unusable fleet of vehicles. When I consider how smoothly the hybrid buses in Landsberg am Lech have worked from day one and that the RVB doesn't have basic things under control, I actually wonder why the city dares to do things that it doesn't have control over.
