Great place to breathe and relax! Super pretty old heritage castle hotel with beautiful quiet park with pond, trees, old buildings in their garden. Specially the manager, kitchen staffs, cleaning ladies had with big smiles and are willing to help everything for our stay comfortable. I would say the internet was a bit slow/disconnected from time to time, not a best one for working all day long with your computer but still must-visit place if you pass by the location. A pleasant stay in Reichenschwand! Double room very spacious, large bathroom, free minibar. Parking underground is 15€ per night at extra charge. Dinner menu is limited to just a few options, could be improved. The waiter was rude, not helpful at all when I was asking about different types of food as the menu was in german. I was given blunt, short answers, so I felt that I was disrupting him by me asking. This guy was more busy talking with kitchen staff than service a customer! Dissapointing! The service has to be improved as it puts in a shadow the overall hotel service!

Cant recommendthis hotel. When we arrived there, another couple that had just arrived were complaining that their room wasn't cleaned. That was probably the first warning. Then we found the TV in our room doesn't work, and the wifi works about 50% of the time. We just wanted to relax after a hard day's driving, a very disappointing stay. Would not recommend it to anyone. I wonder how they got a 4 star rating in a 1 star hotel.

Great Hotel and very favorable service - unfortunately the food was a little off compared to the rooms. breakfast was great though - just lunch and dinner didn’t meet the standard. Definitely a place I would recommend for a stay or a short business meeting.

Few minutes from the highway, quiet and very clean and nice rooms. Comfy beds and the rooms come with aircondition (something rare in the area and very precious during hot summer nights!!!). Very welcoming staff, 24h reception, parking-garage at the place (€), free parking down the road!
