My party was supposed to start at 5 p.m. but the hall was still closed at 5:15 p.m., my guests including my DJ It takes time to set things up and unfortunately I couldn't do it The food that was ordered for around 200 guests was only enough for 100 guests, so we had to order food from somewhere else ourselves Apart from the fact that the hall was cold, my guests couldn't take off their jackets, my guests had to provide themselves with food and drink because there were too few staff but they weren't able to serve because they were busy eating and dancing themselves I can list more points But when I think about it, I tear up because I couldn't enjoy my celebration and had to lend a hand myself to keep my guests entertained And I have to remember my engagement with anger Too much money for nothing and nothing Plus the staff is upset because I took the fruit I bought myself from somewhere else and the cake I also bought from somewhere else, I'm very angry and very sad

We've been to a lot of weddings in different event halls but this wedding in the Gala Hall was a nightmare. In the toilets there was initially no paper on the sink and then there was only toilet paper. Yesterday it was so hot and neither ventilation nor air conditioning was turned on. Service itself was fine and friendly. At the end of the event we wanted to take a bottle of water with us for the journey home (3 hours), but this was denied. I can't recommend it
