Location is perfect. Walking into the city takes 1 min. A little noisy at night as there was no a/c and we had the window open. Large room, nice atmosphere and fair prices. Except the breakfast, which is well overpriced in many hotels these days.

Positives: - Amazing location. - Good room seperation (bedroom, bathroom, living room) - Mostly good furniture. - Clean rooms and reception. - Okay Wi-Fi. Speed is maxed at 5Mb/s download and 0.5Mb/s upload. Negatives: - I’ve been to 100+ hotels and can easily say our room (suite) had the worst guest bed I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. (Would rather sleep on the floor.) - Not possible to charge your phone near the guest bed when the lights are turned off. (There is a power supply, but it’s turned off.) - No air conditioning of any sort, so the room was extremely hot at night. - A noticable amount of noise from outside if you’re staying at the weekend.

Asked for wake up call on 10 June at 4:30 in the morning. Good that I set the alarm on my phone because the front desk neve made the wake up call. The man working said yes he new but was in stress and for got to make the wake up call. Also I asked if they would have a taxi waiting at 5:30 he forgot about that to. Breakfast was outstanding more than enough there to eat. The location is great 1 minute and your in the market place. giving it a 2 star rating because of the front desk and room cleaning. PS: still waiting for a copy of my receipt the man at the front desk did not know how to print it or send a e-mail.

The night in your hotel was very comfortable. But what is your policy in terms of ecology and in particular on waste sorting? I noticed that your cleaning staff did not sort the waste (one bag for everything). Was this a mistake that morning? If not, isn't it time, for a 4 star hotel that encourages sustainability in the communication in the rooms, to simply provide the cleaning teams with several bags to sort the waste? And to make it a priority? Thank you for being consistent to the end, you will increase the quality of the establishment.
