Similar to other reviews the payout system has not change, waiting for a service employee to walk to a designated table to payout the funds in cash can delay changing machines, locking other machines while the employee resets them after paying the cash out via plastic envelopes. If you like to sit on 1 machine and never change/move to a different machine, then this is your place. Possibly only in Germany will you run into this outdated process of payouts, would not recommend if you like to play more than 1 machine or wait 15-20 mins to received payout before moving to a new machine.

We drove a total of 3 hours, wait in line for 30 minutes, only to be turned away after showing our American IDs. Customer service oddly takes our IDs to the back office and returns stating we can not enter. I ask why and they stated they are at full capacity. Once we acknowledged and started to walk away, they let the French or German couple behind us in the casino. I’m not sure if the issue was because we were American, the first time going there but if the casino’s website would have stated there would be some type of restriction, problem or a member requirement, then we would of never went and had to waste three hours of my life.
