This is how I imagine customer service and professional work. It starts with the advice from Martin Eberhard... We had several young people from the company working here, all of them friendly and, above all, very good and clean work. It still exists... A company you can rely on. Simply TOP!

Very good and friendly advice from Martin Eberhard. On time and clean work. I can happily recommend the company.

We've been waiting for a call back for a month and a half just to make an initial appointment. Even when asked, nothing happened. It's not a small project either, but rather a complete outdoor area around the house, including the driveway. Either they can't use a calendar at the company, or they just don't have any manners. We would have waited 2-3 months or more for an appointment, but a call just to make one appointment (or at least cancel it completely) has to be possible. What a shame, I can't recommend this company.

Response to last recession: We strive to follow up on EVERY request!!! Sometimes it can just take a while! ... More than working and trying to please many interested parties is not possible!!! .....

A trip to the park-like sales area is similar to a visit to the adventure garden and is definitely worth it. The extremely friendly and competent staff are also impressive.
