Our son attended (and passed) the 7th grade of boarding school/school. We had a great impression beforehand (internet, conversations, etc.). Unfortunately, the boarding school and the school don't really work together, classes are much too large, teachers sometimes "hate" the boarding school children, especially Ms. Peters and Ms. Roth were quickly named (for us it was Ms. Peters). 7 hours of "allowed" cell phone use per day (we could see this at home) is impossible. Supervisor a. and overall perspective often overwhelmed. Everything (except on arrival and departure days) was very chaotic (rooms, common areas, bathroom, school supplies, etc.). Have never seen anything like this before. Sometimes there is no supervisor (at night 1 Bt for several groups), children then "party" and are tired in the morning... (our son fell asleep once during a class test, once he was locked in the bedroom in the morning - only a teacher noticed later). In our opinion, boarding school is not recommended for younger children (especially if you want to support them academically). There is supposedly a huge range of sports and activities on offer - most of which do not take place - new head of boarding school in mid-2019, new head of college in mid-2020. Social environment at the boarding school is good (but the smallest proportion of children attend the boarding school) - difficult at school (deepest in the Black Forest). Our family was not satisfied - the new boarding school shows that things are improving in all areas! Child happy - parents happy!

As a school it is very good, but with the payments they cheat you and charge more from you. You try to claim and they don't answer you. And when you leave, there's never anyone to take care of you. Very very very disappointed.

Dream school! Very competent teachers, both young and experienced. High level overall. Student in class 5, boarding school.
