This is a required third place that is available to the population (old and young) for culture, education and encounters. A tour by the responsible employee of the Schalksmühle municipality, fau Silke Scharpe, is definitely worth it. In addition to seminar rooms, there is a secular church room with a stage for any interaction.

The new, constantly developing cultural center in Schalksmühle is also used as a meeting place for social gatherings and playing games together. The open meeting is currently every Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Especially the opportunity to play (card games, board games, etc.) is an offer for younger people that should be made more aware and used. Coffee and pastries are usually offered free of charge, donations are always welcome.

Were there as part of a chess tournament: wonderful place, nice and cool in summer, spacious - in short: a perfect meeting place!
